Edward Maya, Violet Light - Love Story (Tribute to Mexico)
I had a chance to stay in this beautiful structure on the Bund before it’s modern makeover by Swatch, and someday I will hopefully get to stay there again.
The experience of a place that was in the past one way but now is irrevocably different and new yet still in the same location, with the same facade…. it’s haunting, nostalgic, and awesome, and China’s one of the few places that people can still have these experiences.
Appreciate past, present, and the prospects of future. Take less for granted.
